ניהול והובלת צוות העובדים בקו, כולל שגרות ניהול, פיתוח עובדים, משובים וטיפול שוטף בנושאי משאב אנושי ותפעול
ניהול שוטף של זרימת העבודה וזיהוי חסמים המשפיעים על עמידה ביעדים העסקיים והתפעוליים
הובלת תרבות של מצוינות תפעולית, שיפור מתמיד, בטיחות ואפקטיביות תהליכית
ניתוח ביצועים, זיהוי צווארי בקבוק והובלת תכניות פעולה לשיפור ביצועים ותפוקות
עבודה שוטפת מול ממשקי הנדסה, איכות, תפ״י, רכש ולקוחות פנימיים וחיצוניים
הצגת סטטוסים, ניתוחי ביצועים ותכניות עבודה בפורומי הנהלה ותפעול
דרישות
