In this role you will
Define test and integration processes for hardware, software, firmware, mechanical, and RF modules into a complete radar system
Lead field trials in Israel and abroad
Establish and maintain a lab and infrastructure for system-level integrations
Requirements
B.Sc. in Electrical and Electronics Engineering
5+ years of experience in integration and testing of complex systems involving microwave, hardware, firmware, and software
Proven experience in building system-level test plans
Experience in establishing and operating an advanced development and integration lab - advantage
Proven experience leading technical and/or system integration teams
Full proficiency in Hebrew and English
Willingness to travel abroad
Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work in a multidisciplinary team
