What you’ll do
Design systems that improve speed and coverage across our UAV platforms
Perform testing, integration, and performance analysis of RF communication systems
Work with receivers, transmitters, power amplifiers, filters, antennas, and TX/RX chains
Develop and execute RF test procedures and validation plans
Troubleshoot complex RF/system issues in the lab and in the field
Integrate radio communication systems onto airborne platforms
Conduct range tests and operational field experiments
Serve as a professional focal point for internal teams and customers
Requirements
Electrical Engineering degree with RF / Communication specialization
5+ years of proven hands-on experience in RF lab testing of receivers, transmitters, power amplifiers, filters, antennas, and RF chains
Extensive experience working with RF test equipment
Experience integrating radio communication systems
Experience writing test procedures and validation documentation
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving capabilities
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Nice to have
Experience with maritime communication systems and antennas
Experience supporting operational systems in field environments
