We're hiring a Customer Success Manager to be the primary relationship owner for our healthcare organization customers. You'll be the trusted advisor who ensures every organization on TERP gets maximum value from the platform — from onboarding through expansion. Our customers are therapy clinics, school therapy programs, and healthcare organizations. They're transitioning from spreadsheets and paper to a comprehensive digital platform. Your role is to guide them through that transformation, understand their unique workflows, configure the platform to match their needs, and proactively ensure they're successful. This is a strategic role, not just reactive support. You'll track adoption metrics, identify at-risk accounts, drive feature adoption, gather product feedback, and serve as the voice of the customer internally. You'll work closely with product and engineering to translate customer needs into platform improvements. The ideal candidate combines empathy for healthcare professionals with a systematic approach to customer management. You'll be comfortable running training sessions in Hebrew, building success plans, and having both high-level strategic conversations and hands-on configuration support.
