    We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Video User Acquisition Manager to join our marketing team. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, launching, optimizing, and analyzing video acquisition campaigns across multiple channels, with a strong focus on performance marketing and measurable business outcomes. You will work closely with our Creative and Social Media teams, including designers and copywriters, to develop high-performing video creatives and continuously improve campaign performance through testing and data-driven insights. Responsibilities • Plan, execute, and optimize video user acquisition campaigns across digital advertising platforms. • Manage media buying activities, budgets, bidding strategies, and campaign performance. • Analyze campaign results, identify trends, and provide actionable recommendations to improve ROI and scale performance. • Collaborate closely with designers, video creators, and copywriters to develop, test, and iterate on creative assets. • Conduct A/B testing on creatives, audiences, messaging, and campaign structures. • Monitor key performance metrics and prepare regular performance reports. • Identify new growth opportunities, channels, and targeting strategies. • Maintain a high level of campaign accuracy, organization, and quality control.
