We are looking for a Product Manager to lead and drive the development of our private insurance portfolio, including motor, home, and pet insurance products. This is a unique opportunity to combine business strategy, product management, digital innovation, and data-driven decision-making in one of Israel’s leading financial and insurance organizations.

What you’ll do?

• Lead the development, enhancement, and launch of insurance products across the motor, home, and pet insurance segments.

• Independently manage and drive initiatives while effectively collaborating with managers and senior stakeholders across the organization.

• Analyze and gain a deep understanding of end-to-end business processes, identifying opportunities for optimization and growth.

• Understand the needs of customers, agents, and internal users, and translate them into effective business and technological solutions.

• Define business requirements and write functional specifications for core systems, supporting platforms, and digital channels.

• Work closely with Technology, Digital, Underwriting, Operations, Sales, Customer Service, and other business units.

• Lead innovation initiatives, identify business challenges, and develop creative, value-driven solutions.

• Leverage AI tools as an integral part of daily work for product specification, research, process analysis, optimization, and accelerating deliverables.

• Advanced proficiency in leveraging AI tools to perform professional tasks and optimize work processes.

• Proven ability to lead complex end-to-end initiatives from concept to execution.

• Strong understanding of information systems and technology-driven business processes.

• Excellent analytical skills and a systems-thinking mindset.

• High level of self-learning capability, initiative, and execution skills.

• Outstanding communication and stakeholder management abilities.

• Bachelor's degree.
