    Requirements: What You Bring to the Table • Proficient in Hebrew and English both written and verbal, sufficient for achieving consensus and success in a remote and asynchronous work environment with ongoing daily correspondence by email - Must • Minimum of 2 years' experience in Risk management at a financial or fintech institution - Must • 2 years of experience as a Credit Risk Analyst in a fast-moving business environment - Must • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Must • Available at least one day a week for US overlap hours - Must • A science/technical related college/undergraduate degree • Understanding of Credit concepts on Commercial and Consumer Lending products, as well as Market Place Lending • Quick thinker, fast learner, and problem solver with demonstrated ability to complete tasks from start to finish • Good team player, self-motivated to learn independently and demonstrate proactive approach to improve processes
