We are looking for a Senior Performance Researcher / Algorithm Engineer to join ELTA’s Land Systems Division.
Job Description:
• Study of various radar systems, including hardware, software, and algorithmic aspects
• Development of tools for analyzing different radar systems
• Performance analysis of complex radar systems
• Support and participation in field tests in Israel and abroad
Requirements:
• M.Sc. in Electrical Engineering / Electro-Optics / Computer Science / Physics / Mathematics (at least one) – Mandatory
• M.Sc. in Operations Research – Advantage
• At least 5 years of experience in algorithm development / system engineering / architecture – Mandatory
• Strong mathematical skills and independent research abilities – Mandatory
• High proficiency in MATLAB – Advantage
• Familiarity with development and simulation tools – Advantage
• Knowledge of C / C++ – Advantage
• Experience with Kalman filter / tracking and technical documentation – Advantage
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
