Senior Full Stack Engineer

Role Description

We are seeking a Senior Full Stack Engineer to join an innovative AI startup revolutionizing marketing through artificial intelligence. This is a full-time, on-site role based in the Tel Aviv District, Israel. As a key member of our team, you will work on building and optimizing AI-powered marketing platforms using a modern TypeScript- and Python-based stack.

Responsibilities

- Develop, maintain, and enhance both the frontend and backend of our web applications.

- Build dynamic, type-safe user interfaces with React and the TanStack ecosystem (Router, Query, Form, Table).

- Design and implement efficient back-end systems with NestJS, Prisma, and PostgreSQL.

- Work with Python (FastAPI) for back-end services and AI/media-generation integrations.

- Utilize RabbitMQ for efficient, event-driven messaging between services.

- Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize code for performance and scalability.

- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver innovative and impactful features.

Qualifications

- Demonstrated ability to learn and adapt independently (autodidact).

- Own the end-to-end development of key frontend features—from design and architecture to implementation and testing.

- Strong foundation in TypeScript and Python.

- Basic knowledge of back-end frameworks, particularly NestJS.

- Understanding of relational databases, especially PostgreSQL.

- Familiarity with modern front-end frameworks—React (and ideally the TanStack ecosystem).

- Ability to think holistically about product UX, system architecture, and scalability.

- Ability to start immediately (up to 1 week from the end of the interview process).

Nice-to-Have Skills (Not Required)

- Exposure to AI/ML concepts and integrating AI APIs or models (this is core to what we build).

- Knowledge of scalable systems or microservices architecture (our platform is microservices-based).

- Experience with cloud platforms—primarily AWS (we run on EKS/Kubernetes, ECR, and S3); some GCP.

- Containerization and orchestration with Docker and Kubernetes.
