A leading defense company in Northern Israel is looking for an experienced Senior Penetration Tester to join its Offensive Security team and lead advanced penetration testing and Red Team engagements across complex enterprise environments.
Responsibilities
• Conduct advanced penetration tests for enterprise infrastructure, web applications, cloud environments, Active Directory, and corporate networks.
• Perform security assessments across both on-premises and cloud environments.
• Identify security vulnerabilities, develop proof-of-concepts (PoCs), and provide remediation recommendations.
• Deliver technical and executive-level reports and present findings to technical and business stakeholders.
• Lead end-to-end Red Team operations, including planning, exploitation, lateral movement, persistence, and reporting.
• Develop and maintain offensive tools, payloads, and C2 infrastructure.
• Research advanced attack techniques and collaborate with Blue Team and Detection teams to strengthen organizational security.
Requirements
• 3+ years of hands-on experience in Offensive Security.
• Proven experience in advanced penetration testing and/or Red Team engagements.
• One or more offensive security certifications such as OSCP, OSEP, CRTO, or OSWE.
• Strong knowledge of networking, operating systems, Active Directory, and cloud technologies.
• Experience developing scripts or tools using Python, PowerShell, C#, C/C++, or Go.
• Experience working with offensive security tools, frameworks, and C2 infrastructure.
• Background in an elite military technology unit – an advantage.
