Business Operations Manager

We're looking for a Business Operations Manager who thrives on making things work better - someone who can step into a complex, cross-functional challenge, bring the right people together, and make it happen. You'll have a real impact on how we operate and grow.

This is a build role. You won't be inheriting a playbook - you'll be writing it. From efficiency programs to OKRs, project management, and roadmaps, you'll help define how this company runs day to day.

What you'll do:

• Lead complex, cross-company projects end-to-end - connecting the dots and driving them to completion

• Spot inefficiencies and design smarter ways of working, with AI at the center

• Build and manage OKR frameworks and roadmaps that keep teams aligned and moving

• Be the person who makes sure things don't fall through the cracks

• Partner with leadership on operational strategy and bring structure to ambiguity

Requirements:

• 7+ years in business operations or a similar role

• Experience building efficiency programs in an AI-first environment

• Strong project management skills across complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives

• Hands-on experience with OKRs and roadmap planning

• AI native - you use AI tools naturally to work faster and smarter

• High ownership - you take a problem and run with it

• A collaborator who can work across all levels and make things happen
