Requirements: • 8+ years of hands-on software engineering experience delivering device agent software at scale in an enterprise environment. • Demonstrated ability to lead complex technical initiatives end-to-end and mentor technical teams. • Deep expertise in endpoint agent development (EDR/XDR), OS internals, and security distribution models including code signing, notarization (or equivalent), and MDM deployment. • Experience with reverse engineering and platform-specific facilities such as eBPF on Linux or WFP, minifilters, and kernel drivers on Windows. • Proficiency in native systems languages (e.g., Swift, C/C++) is a valuable secondary skill for platform-specific extensions. • High proficiency in C# and the .NET runtime, including P/Invoke interop. • Familiarity with PowerShell, C++, shell scripting or Python is an advantage. • Experience writing code in Agile, CI/CD-based delivery environments. • Advantage: experience working on large-scale cloud-based services. • Outstanding collaboration skills and a pragmatic approach to leading in high-velocity environments. • Flexibility, resilience, and strong problem-solving abilities. • Hands-on experience using AI coding agents and assistants (e.g. Claude Code, Cursor, Copilot) in day-to-day development, with the judgment to know when to delegate to an agent and when to go deep yourself. • A habit of reviewing, verifying, and taking full ownership of AI-generated code - correctness, security, and performance - regardless of how it was produced.
