We are looking for an experienced Data Analytics Team Lead to lead a team of skilled Data Analysts, drive data-driven methodologies, and lead end-to-end analytical projects.

In this role, you will partner with senior stakeholders across the organization to deliver actionable business insights, develop advanced reports and dashboards, and support strategic decision-making through data.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of experienced Data Analysts.

• Drive end-to-end analytical projects and initiatives.

• Develop and implement data analysis methodologies and best practices.

• Build, maintain, and optimize reports, dashboards, and predictive models.

• Generate actionable business insights to support data-driven decision-making.

• Collaborate closely with cross-functional business and technical stakeholders.

Requirements

• 2–3 years of experience managing a team of Data Analysts – required.

• Strong proficiency in SQL – required.

• Hands-on experience with BusinessObjects (BO) and Power BI – required.

• Strong analytical and business acumen, with the ability to translate data into clear, actionable insights.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Advantages

• Bachelor's degree in Economics, Statistics, Data Science, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.

• Experience in the insurance or financial services industry.

• Experience working with Databricks and/or BigQuery.
