Financial Controller

Head of Finance Operations | FinTech | Petah Tikva A fast-growing international FinTech group is expanding its Israeli operations and is looking for a Head of Finance Operations to join its established office in Petah Tikva.

This role is ideal for an experienced Controller / CPA / Finance Manager looking to take ownership in a dynamic international environment.

Working directly with the CFO, you'll play a key role in managing finance operations across multiple international entities while contributing to strategic decision-making and business growth. Key Responsibilities • Lead finance operations across multiple international entities

• Budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting and analysis

• Treasury, cash flow management and banking relationships

• Work closely with external accountants, auditors and advisors

• Improve financial processes, controls and automation

• Support commercial decisions through financial modelling and profitability analysis

• Lead and mentor the finance team while remaining hands-on Requirements ✔ CPA / Controller / Finance Manager background or similar

✔ 5+ years of experience in Finance, FP&A, Controlling or Treasury

✔ Experience in FinTech, Gaming, or Forex is preferred

✔ Strong analytical and commercial mindset

✔ Fluent English

Advantage:

✔ Experience in a regulated industry such as FinTech, Payments, Banking, PSPs or Digital Assets.
