      Senior NPI Mechanical Engineer

      Once again we're expanding our team and looking for an experienced NPI Engineer to join us.

      Join one of the world's leading technology companies and take part in bringing complex products from development into high-volume manufacturing.

      This role combines engineering, manufacturing, supplier management and cross-functional collaboration. You'll work closely with R&D, Manufacturing, Quality and Supply Chain teams, leading products through the NPI process and supporting successful production ramp-up.

      Location: Hybrid – Yokneam (office on Sundays and Tuesdays, remote on other days)

      Position: Full-time | Flexibility to work with teams in China when needed.

      What you'll do

      • Lead mechanical and thermal components through the NPI process into high-volume manufacturing.

      • Apply DFM principles to sheet metal parts and complex mechanical assemblies.

      • Review engineering drawings, identify manufacturing risks and provide technical feedback to R&D.

      • Work closely with thermal engineers on thermal simulations.

      • Support suppliers throughout the product lifecycle, including on-site visits when required.

      • Collaborate with Manufacturing, Quality, Procurement, Logistics and Engineering teams to ensure successful product introduction.

      Requirements

      • B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering.

      • 8–10 years of experience, including hands-on NPI experience in a multidisciplinary environment.

      • Strong DFM experience in high-volume manufacturing (must have)

      • Experience with sheet metal components (must have)

      • Experience working with global suppliers; high-volume manufacturing experience is a strong advantage.

      • Experience with thermal simulations – an advantage.

      • SolidWorks and/or Inventor.

      • Excellent English.

      • Strong Excel skills.

      • Self-motivated, independent and able to manage multiple priorities.
