התפקיד כולל הובלת מספר פרויקטים במקביל של פיתוח מערכות חדשות וייצור סידרתי של מערכות קיימות
תחומי האחריות כוללים – תקציב, תוכנית עבודה, ייצוג מול הלקוח, ביצוע ועמידה באבני הדרך של הפרויקט,
ניהול סיכונים והנעת העובדים בחברה (מטריציונית) וקבלני משנה להצלחת הפרויקט
דרישות:
תואר ראשון בהנדסת מכונות / חשמל
ניסיון קודם בניהול פרויקטים של פיתוח מערכות
רקע צבאי כאיש שריון / חימוש
הכרות עם מערכות מיזוג / מנועי דיזל – יתרון
ניסיון בעבודה מול צה"ל / משרד הביטחון – יתרון
ראיה מערכתית, יחסי אנוש, דוגמה אישית, יכולת הובלת צוותים בתוך הארגון ומחוצה לו וכן עבודה מול מספר לקוחות
שליטה טובה מאוד באנגלית (דיבור וכתיבה)
נכונות לעבודה תחת לחץ
נכונות לנסיעות לחו"ל
