תחומי אחריות
• אחריות הנדסית על תהליכי ייצור רטובים ותהליכים כימיים.
• שיפור וייעול תהליכים באמצעות הגדלת Yield, קיצור Cycle Time וייצוב תהליכים.
• ניטור, בקרה ופתרון תקלות בתהליכי ייצור.
• הובלת חקרי כשל (Failure Analysis) ויישום פעולות מתקנות ומונעות.
• תכנון והובלת ניסויים הנדסיים (DOE) וניתוח נתונים.
• הובלת תהליכי NPI והעברת מוצרים מפיתוח לייצור.
• קליטת ציוד וטכנולוגיות חדשות והטמעתן בקווי הייצור.
• עבודה מול ספקים ושותפים בארץ ובחו"ל.
• כתיבה ועדכון נהלים ותיעוד הנדסי.
דרישות התפקיד:
• תואר ראשון בהנדסה כימית/הנדסת חומרים או תחום רלוונטי אחר
• M.Sc בהנדסה כימית/חומרים – יהווה יתרון משמעותי
• ניסיון של לפחות 3 שנים בהנדסת תהליך בסביבת ייצור תעשייתית.
• ניסיון בתהליכים כימיים ותהליכי ייצור רטובים – חובה.
• ניסיון בבקרת תהליכים, ניתוח נתונים ופתרון בעיות תהליכיות.
• ניסיון בביצוע DOE, חקרי כשל ומתודולוגיות 8D
• נכונות לנסיעות לחו"ל- חובה
• אנגלית ברמה גבוהה.
יתרון משמעותי
• ניסיון בתהליכי Etching, Electroplating או תהליכים כימיים דומים.
• היכרות עם SPC, Lean Manufacturing ו-Six Sigma.
