We're looking for a hands-on, strategic Supply Chain Manager to own end-to-end supply chain operations - procurement, strategic sourcing, planning, logistics, and supplier management. You'll partner with Engineering, Operations, Finance, Sales, and manufacturing partners to secure material availability, optimize inventory, and support new product introductions.
The ideal candidate pairs strong analytical skills with execution excellence, with proven experience managing complex global supply chains in electronics or hardware.
Responsibilities
• Own end-to-end execution across procurement, planning, logistics, and inventory management
• Lead strategic sourcing and annual cost-reduction initiatives across materials and logistics
• Manage global suppliers, CMs, and logistics providers, including negotiations on pricing, contracts, capacity, and terms
• Drive demand/supply planning, S&OP, and MPS with cross-functional stakeholders
• Track supplier performance (OTD, lead time, quality, cost) and build dashboards and KPIs for data-based decisions
• Identify supply risks and mitigate through second sourcing, safety stock, and inventory optimization
• Coordinate international logistics, import/export, and freight optimization
• Support NPI, ECOs, and product lifecycle management
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering, Business, Economics, or related field
• 7+ years in supply chain management in electronics, semiconductor, medical device, robotics, or high-tech hardware
• Hands-on experience across procurement, strategic sourcing, supply and demand planning, logistics and international shipping, inventory, and supplier management
• Experience with CM/ODM partners and global suppliers; strong negotiation skills
• Solid ERP/MRP knowledge; advanced Excel and data analysis
• Strong communication and stakeholder management; fluent English
