This role is part of the Building Consultancy / Project Management function, which provides specialist building services including planning, project monitoring, cost control and delivery support.
This is a full-time, on-site position based at Sapir Tower, Bursa, Ramat Gan.
About the Role: As a Budget Control Manager, you will be responsible for managing and monitoring project budgets, preparing budget vs. actual reports, analyzing financial deviations and supporting cost management processes throughout the full project lifecycle.
You will work closely with Project Managers, suppliers, clients and internal stakeholders to ensure accurate financial tracking, effective cost control and data-driven recommendations across fit-out and construction-related projects.
What You'll Do:
• Perform budget control for fit-out and project management projects.
• Prepare budget vs. actual reports for ongoing projects.
• Monitor the financial status of projects throughout the project lifecycle.
• Analyze budget deviations and provide relevant recommendations.
• Support cost planning, cost tracking and financial reporting processes.
• Work closely with Project Managers, suppliers and clients.
• Review and compare price proposals, bids and project-related costs.
• Support cost control activities and ensure financial data is accurate and up to date.
• Help align project budgets with project timelines, scope and business requirements.
• Provide clear financial insights and recommendations to support decision-making.
• Work within company guidelines, policies and project requirements.
What You'll Need:
• Bachelor's degree in Economics, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering and Management, or a related field - mandatory.
• High level of English - mandatory.
• Previous experience in budget control, cost management, construction, fit-out or project management - a significant advantage.
• Excellent Excel skills - mandatory.
• Familiarity with ERP systems, such as Priority - an advantage.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to work with financial data.
• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Ability to exercise judgment based on analysis of multiple sources of information.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with multiple stakeholders.
• Good communication skills and ability to present financial information clearly.
• Strong mathematical and financial calculation skills, including percentages, cost analysis and budget comparisons.
