About Taba Capital
Taba Capital is one of Jerusalem’s fastest growing urban renewal companies, leading some of Jerusalem’s most ambitious and transformative projects.
We are looking for an exceptional Senior Real Estate Appraiser to join our growing team.
This is far more than a traditional appraisal role. You will be involved in project feasibility, acquisitions, developer tenders, strategic analysis and some of Jerusalem’s largest urban renewal projects.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and review valuations for complex urban renewal projects.
Analyze project feasibility and support key business decisions.
Evaluate planning rights, zoning potential and development opportunities.
Support acquisitions, negotiations and developer tender processes.
Develop financial analyses and project assumptions.
Work closely with planners, architects, legal teams and project managers.
Monitor market trends and identify opportunities and risks.
Provide professional recommendations that support the company’s growth.
Requirements
Licensed Real Estate Appraiser in Israel.
At least 5 years of experience in real estate valuation.
Experience with urban renewal projects is a significant advantage.
Strong analytical and commercial thinking.
Excellent understanding of planning processes and development economics.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Highly motivated, proactive and detail oriented.
Excellent communication skills.
