Full job description

Original listing · kept for reference

Fetcherr builds responsible AI that transforms market complexity into measurable profit growth.

At the core of the company is the Market Model - a proprietary AI-powered model delivering accurate, granular demand predictions with 96% forecast accuracy and real-time decision intelligence for commercial teams. Built on a glass-box architecture, it uses market data - not personal data - with full transparency into logic and outcomes. First deployed in global aviation, the technology is industry-agnostic and scales across volatile markets.

Fetcherr delivers a consistent average profit uplift of 7%, with corporate partners including Delta, Virgin Atlantic, WestJet, Viva, and Azul.

We are looking for a highly skilled, strategic, and execution-oriented Senior Product Manager to join our expanding product team at Fetcherr. In this role, you will lead the evolution of Fetcherr’s core AI-driven platform, shaping innovative solutions that solve complex challenges while delivering intuitive and impactful user experiences for enterprise customers.

As a senior member of the product organization, you will own major product domains end-to-end — from discovery and strategy through execution, delivery, and customer adaptation. You will work cross-functionally with engineering, design, sales, customer success, and leadership teams to define product direction, drive execution, and ensure measurable business impact.

Responsibilities:

• Lead strategic product initiatives and execute the company’s product roadmap, delivering breakthrough solutions for the airline industry.

• Own complex product domains and customer-facing product initiatives from discovery through launch and ongoing optimization.

• Translate business goals, operational challenges, and technical constraints into clear and actionable product requirements, including PRDs, user stories, workflows, and feature specifications.

• Drive product discovery with enterprise customers, identifying opportunities to adapt and evolve the platform to support customer-specific needs while maintaining scalability.

• Partner closely with engineering, data science, and design teams to define product architecture, prioritize initiatives, and deliver intuitive user experiences.

• Conduct deep user research and engage regularly with business and technical stakeholders to inform strategic product decisions.

• Define success metrics, monitor product performance, and drive continuous iteration based on data, customer feedback, and operational insights.

• Collaborate with sales and customer success teams on roadmap alignment, customer onboarding, deployment planning, and long-term account growth.

• Lead cross-functional alignment across internal teams, ensuring clarity, accountability, and efficient execution.

• Act as a key product leader in customer engagements, executive discussions, and strategic planning sessions.

• Travel to customer sites as needed to support discovery, implementation, and feedback cycles.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager, with a strong track record of building and scaling complex B2B enterprise products.

• Proven experience owning products end-to-end in fast-paced, high-growth environments.

• Strong technical and analytical capabilities, with the ability to understand complex systems, workflows, and integrations, and translate them into simple and effective product experiences.

• Extensive experience working closely with engineering teams, including writing detailed PRDs, user stories, specifications, and feature requirements.

• Demonstrated ability to drive product strategy while remaining highly hands-on in execution and delivery in an Agile environment.

• Experience managing enterprise customers and long-term engagements, including product customization, stakeholder management, and feedback-driven iteration.

• Experience working with legacy or traditional industries, and modernizing workflows and systems with minimal operational disruption.

• Strong customer-facing experience, including roadmap discussions, requirement gathering, solution design, and executive-level communication.

• Exceptional communication, presentation, and documentation skills, with the ability to align technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Strong ownership mindset — someone who takes accountability, drives execution, removes blockers, and ensures cross-functional alignment.

• Experience in aviation, travel-tech, pricing systems, optimization platforms, AI-driven products, or data-intensive environments — an advantage.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field; MBA — an advantage.
