We are seeking a Junior Project Manager to join our team in Kfar Saba as a maternity leave replacement.
Responsibilities:
• Matrix management of the product development process.
• Responsibility for engagement with strategic customers and project initiation, from prototype stage through serial production.
• Leading engineering and logistics coordination with major customers.
• Continuous collaboration with the R&D laboratory and development engineers.
Requirements:
• B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering / Practical Engineer in Electronics / Industrial & Management Engineer with technical background – mandatory.
• Proven experience as a Project Manager in a hardware company – an advantage.
• Experience working with recruitment agencies.
• Experience working with R&D / development laboratories.
• Experience working with international customers – mandatory.
• Experience with AGILE and PRIORITY systems – an advantage.
Personal Skills & Attributes:
• Willingness to work intensively under pressure, including evening hours with overseas customers.
• High-level English (spoken and written).
• Excellent interpersonal and service-oriented skills.
