Role Description The Corporate & Group Sales Manager | Cruises is a full-time, on-site role based in Haifa. This role focuses on driving group and corporate sales for the cruise division and related cruise products
Day-to-day tasks include prospecting and generating leads, managing the full sales cycle from initial contact to closing, preparing customized group and corporate offers, and negotiating pricing and terms within company guidelines. The manager will build and maintain long-term relationships with corporate clients, travel partners, and group organizers, while coordinating closely with operations, marketing, and customer service teams to ensure seamless group experiences. The role also involves tracking sales performance, maintaining accurate CRM records, preparing reports and forecasts, and representing the company at industry events, trade shows, or client meetings as needed.
Qualifications
Strong Sales and Lead Generation skills, including prospecting, pipeline management, and closing group and corporate deals.
Proven Account Management and Customer Service abilities to nurture long-term relationships and ensure high client satisfaction.
Experience in Sales Operations, including use of CRM tools, reporting, and sales process optimization.
Relevant experience in travel, hospitality, cruises, or maritime services is highly advantageous.
Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills in English; additional languages are an asset.
Ability to work on-site in Haifa, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Tourism, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
Strong analytical mindset, proficiency with MS Office or similar tools, and a collaborative, results-oriented approach.
