Infrastructure Lead - 24267

Comblack is hiring an Infrastructure & Cybersecurity Team Lead!

In this role, you will lead a multidisciplinary technology team spanning system administration, networking, cybersecurity implementation, and cloud infrastructure. You will hold end-to-end responsibility for the organization’s infrastructure systems, build and manage work plans, evaluate new technologies, and drive strategic infrastructure initiatives.

The position also includes managing infrastructure projects, leading cloud migration processes, overseeing storage and backup environments, and working closely with the CISO and other technology and business units across the organization.

Requirements:

• At least 6 years of experience in IT infrastructure, including proven experience managing multidisciplinary technology teams across systems, networking, cybersecurity, and cloud.

• Extensive hands-on experience with virtualization environments, particularly VMware, as well as building Windows environments from the ground up, including domains and mail servers. Knowledge of Linux environments is also required.

• Strong knowledge and practical experience in networking, including switches, firewalls, network topologies, IPsec, IPVPN, and connectivity for remote sites.

• Proven expertise in storage and backup environments, including SAN/NAS, NetApp, backup planning, and lifecycle management.

• Experience designing cloud architectures, managing hybrid environments, and leading migrations from on-premises infrastructure to the cloud.

• Broad knowledge of cybersecurity defense technologies, including EDR, IPS, Proxy, Antivirus, Mail Relay, and IDP solutions, as well as GPO management and enterprise risk reduction.
