As a Command & Control Operator, you will:
• Be part of the security department team
• Work in shifts 24×7, including weekends and holidays
• Serve as the first point of contact for employees, visitors, customers, and business partners
• Detect, assess, document, and escalate security and operational incidents
• Staff the company’s main reception during day shifts and ensure a professional, welcoming experience
• Monitor security systems and operational platforms to detect, assess, document, and escalate security and operational incidents
• Respond to physical security events and incidents caused by internal and external threats and recommend mitigation strategies
• Prioritize emerging threats to protect assets and information
• Support business continuity activities and emergency response
• Maintain operational logs, reports, and shift handovers
If you have:
• Experience as Command & Control operator from the privet sector or military service
• Fluent English
• Strong analytical, communication, and decision-making skills
• High level of responsibility, integrity, and customer service orientation.
• Good knowledge in Microsoft Office
It would be great if you also have:
• B.Sc. student in the Industrial Engineering field or equivalent
• Experience in Corporate Security or Physical Security or a similar operational environment
