Who this suits

This role suits experienced designers with over four years of experience in complex, data-heavy systems who have strong interaction design skills and a solid understanding of HTML, CSS, and git. About The Position

Coralogix is a modern, full-stack observability platform transforming how businesses process and understand their data. Our unique architecture powers in-stream analytics without reliance on expensive indexing or hot storage. We specialize in comprehensive monitoring of logs, metrics, traces, and security events - with features such as APM, RUM, SIEM, and Kubernetes monitoring — all enhancing operational efficiency and reducing observability spend by up to 70%.

We're a well-established startup, post-Series F, with paying customers and sales across the globe. Our design studio is mature, with multiple teams already in place - and we're looking for an exceptional, experienced Senior Product Designer to help us move the needle in a fast-paced, growing environment.

Why this role is different

This isn't a hand-off-the-mockups role. We give designers real ownership of the product:

• End-to-end ownership. Every designer on the team owns projects from early wireframes to mockups to live, shipped features. You own the outcome, not just the artboard.

• We're an AI-native design team. AI is woven into how we work day-to-day - Claude Code included - and the company actively supports and invests in giving us the best tools to do it well.

• Designers ship to production. Our team has access to the company codebase and pushes UI code to production directly. This isn't about replacing engineers - it's about design owning the quality of the UI, working hand-in-hand with R&D. You'll be accountable for the product experience, not just advocating for it.

You'll design work tools that help developers, DevOps, and R&D teams manage complex software - turning dense, technical, data-heavy problems into clear, elegant experiences for technical users.

Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end user experiences, from research and wireframes to high-fidelity mockups to final implemented live features.

• Validate your work through user research - interviews, usability testing, and analysis of product data - and iterate quickly based on what you learn.

• Ground your design decisions in evidence - product data, user research, and feedback - and help define the success metrics that connect your work to user needs and business goals.

• Work closely with R&D and product teams to bring these experiences to life.

• Take ownership of UI quality in production, including shipping front-end changes directly (with AI tooling and our design system).

• Contribute to, manage, and refine our product style guide and design system.

• Make complex technical solutions clear and usable for a technical audience.

Requirements

• 4+ years designing a complex system or platform.

• Experience designing for data-heavy products - comfortable making dense data and complex information clear and usable.

• Comfortable leading user research - interviews and usability testing - and translating findings into clear design decisions.

• Strong interaction and visual design skills with high attention to detail.

• Experience collaborating closely with R&D.

• Expertise with prototyping and design tools (Figma, Figma Make, Claude Code, v0, or similar tools).

• A solid understanding of CSS and HTML, and working knowledge of git and vibe coding.

• Experience working with product data and research tools (Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Amplitude, Hotjar, Maze, or similar tools).

• Strong systems thinking and a grasp of component-based design patterns.

• Ability to adapt, switch gears, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced team.

• Strong English, and excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills.

• A portfolio that showcases relevant, complex work.

• Passion for crafting exceptional UX and a problem-solver's mindset - able to research and understand hard problems and deliver simple, elegant solutions.

Nice to have

We can teach the right person our AI workflow - but it's a real plus if you already bring:

• Hands-on experience with AI-assisted workflows or tools like Claude Code.

• Comfort with git and basic development workflows.

• A University degree in Design.
