    Description

    We are looking for an experienced and strategic Director of QA to lead our global Quality Assurance organization. In this role, you will be responsible for defining the QA strategy, driving quality standards across the company, and leading distributed QA teams in a fast-paced, global environment.

    You will work closely with Engineering, Product, DevOps, and Customer Success to ensure the delivery of high-quality products while continuously improving testing methodologies, automation, and release processes.

    Responsibilities

    • Lead and manage a global QA organization, including team leaders and QA Engineers across multiple locations.

    • Define and execute the company's QA strategy, processes, and best practices.

    • Build, mentor, and develop high-performing QA teams.

    • Drive both manual and automation testing strategies across multiple products.

    • Establish quality metrics, KPIs, and continuous improvement initiatives.

    • Collaborate closely with Engineering, Product, and DevOps teams throughout the software development lifecycle.

    • Own release quality and ensure timely delivery of high-quality software.

    • Improve testing efficiency through automation and modern QA methodologies.

    • Manage QA planning, resource allocation, and team performance.

    • Identify risks proactively and implement mitigation plans.

    • Promote a culture of quality across the organization.

    Requirements

    • 10–15 years of experience in Quality Assurance, including extensive experience leading QA organizations.

    • Proven experience managing global QA teams across multiple locations.

    • Strong leadership and people management skills.

    • Extensive experience building and scaling QA processes in a SaaS or technology company.

    • Hands-on understanding of both Manual and Automation testing methodologies.

    • Experience working within Agile/Scrum development environments.

    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

    • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

    • Fluent English
