Role Description The Documentation & R&D Support role is a full-time, on-site position based in Haifa. The role involves preparing, organizing, and maintaining technical documentation for temperature forcing systems, including user manuals, specifications, procedures, and internal R&D reports. The person in this role supports R&D teams by documenting experiments, design changes, and test results, and by translating complex technical information into clear, accessible materials. Daily tasks include collaborating with different departments, collecting and analyzing technical data, ensuring documentation meets internal standards and regulatory requirements, and updating content to reflect product changes. The role also includes coordinating with cross-functional teams to maintain consistent documentation, assisting in the preparation of training materials, and contributing to continuous improvement of documentation processes.
Your Responsibilities:
• Project Coordination: Oversee the execution of project tasks by the engineering and production teams, tracking deadlines and overall project statuses (Project Management).
• Documentation & ERP (Priority): Create and manage nomenclature (working with Makats / SKUs), manage product versions (revisions), generate Bills of Materials (BOM), and accurately draft and maintain technical documentation.
• Certification: Prepare documentation packages and support the entire product certification process.
• R&D Support: Actively participate in laboratory experiments and testing alongside the R&D team.
Qualifications
• Strong skills in Documentation and Technical Documentation, with the ability to structure and maintain clear, accurate records.
• Proficiency in Technical Writing, including the ability to translate complex engineering concepts into concise, user-friendly materials.
• Analytical Skills to review technical data, understand system behavior, and ensure documentation aligns with product functionality.
• Education: Degree as a Practical Engineer (Handasai) in Electronics.
• Comfort working closely with R&D and engineering teams, with strong interpersonal and collaboration skills.
• Attention to detail, strong organizational abilities, and capability to manage multiple documentation tasks and deadlines.
• Good written and verbal communication skills in English; Hebrew proficiency is beneficial.
