MTC Industries and Research is a leading Israeli company specializing in the development and manufacturing of advanced electromechanical sub-systems for the defense and aerospace industries. We're seeking a highly motivated, detail-oriented Marketing and Content Assistant to support our growing business development and marketing team.

Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Marketing Specialist, located on-site in Karmiel. The Marketing Specialist will be responsible for:

• Marketing and technical content writing: preparing marketing materials, product briefs

• Preparation of price proposals and bids for Israeli and international customers.

• Building and maintaining the company CRM system

• Tracking and following new business development inquiries

• Assisting in the development of the company’s new website

• Enhancing digital visibility: managing the company’s LinkedIn profile, posting updates, and engaging with relevant international audiences.

• Preparing marketing and technical presentations; supporting the creation of a new on-site showroom.

• Coordinating with export promotion bodies and exhibitions: including the Israel Export Institute, trade show participation, and leads follow-up.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in a similar role within a tech/industrial/defense company.

• Academic background: Practical Engineer or Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Economics, Business Administration, or similar - required.

• Strong writing skills in both Hebrew and English - required.

• Basic technical understanding and ability to work with engineering teams - a significant advantage.

• Experience with CRM tools /marketing content /bid preparation - an advantage.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.

• Familiarity with AI tools - an advantage.

• Experience with website management and digital platforms – an advantage.

🧭 תחומי אחריות מרכזיים:

• * כתיבה שיווקית ותוכן מקצועי: ניסוח ועריכה של חומרים שיווקיים, דפי מוצר ותוכן

• * סיוע בהכנת הצעות מחיר ללקוחות בישראל ובחו"ל, כולל תיאום בין צוותים (הנדסה, רכש, ניהול).

• * הקמה וניהול מערכת CRM

• * מעקב אחר פניות לפיתוח עסקי חדש

• * ליווי בניית האתר החדש של החברה: עבודה מול ספקי UI/UX, עדכון תכנים שוטף ותחזוקת האתר.

• * קידום נראות דיגיטלית: ניהול דף ה-LinkedIn של החברה, כתיבה ועדכון פוסטים, חיבור לקהלים מקצועיים בינלאומיים.

• * הפקת מצגות שיווקיות וטכניות, סיוע בהקמת חדר תצוגה ללקוחות ושותפים.

• * עבודה מול גופי קידום יצוא ותערוכות: ריכוז הקשר מול מכון היצוא, איתור תערוכות רלוונטיות, מעקב וביצוע פעולות המשך.

🛠 דרישות התפקיד:

• * ניסיון קודם בתפקיד דומה – לפחות שנתיים בחברה טכנולוגית/ביטחונית/תעשייתית.

• * השכלה: הנדסאי/ת או תואר ראשון בתחומים כגון תעשייה וניהול, כלכלה, שיווק טכנולוגי, מנהל עסקים – חובה.

• * יכולת כתיבה גבוהה בעברית ובאנגלית – חובה.

• * הבנה טכנית בסיסית וניסיון בהתמודדות עם מוצרים טכנולוגיים – יתרון משמעותי.

• * ניסיון בעבודה עם מערכות CRM / ניהול תוכן שיווקי / הכנת הצעות מחיר.

• * שליטה מלאה ביישומי Office, ובעיקר PowerPoint, Excel ו-Word.

• * היכרות עם כלי AI – יתרון.

• * היכרות עם מערכות ניהול אתרים וכתיבה לפלטפורמות דיגיטליות – יתרון.
