About Us LGBTWork is a leading non-profit promoting LGBTQ+ equality and inclusion in the Israeli job market. We are seeking an impact-driven Chief Operations Officer (COO) to join our senior leadership and drive systemic social change.
You will lead overall operations, translate strategy into execution, and manage operational governance in collaboration with executive leadership and external partners.
Key Responsibilities • Operational Leadership: Manage day-to-day operations and execute annual work plans.
• Strategic Execution: Turn strategy into scalable workflows and measurable outcomes.
• Financial Governance: Oversee the organizational budget and administrative controls.
• Team Leadership: Lead employees and volunteers, fostering a high-performing culture.
• Partnerships & PR: Manage stakeholder relations, fundraising support, and PR events.
• Representation: Serve as an ambassador for LGBTWork in professional forums.
Requirements • Values: Deep commitment to DEI and the LGBTQ+ community.
• Experience: Proven record in team management and complex project leadership.
• Business Skills: Budget management and corporate sector experience.
• Languages: Fluency in Hebrew and English.
