Key Responsibilities:

Material Requirements Planning (MRP): Managing and continuously analyzing material requirements in the ERP system based on open customer orders and forecasts.

Clear to Build (CTB): Checking material readiness for production and generating material availability reports.

Shortage Management: Generating and managing shortage reports, working closely on a daily basis with the purchasing department (buyers) to prioritize and expedite critical materials.

Engineering Change Orders (ECO): Handling customer Bill of Materials (BOM) changes, analyzing the impact on existing inventory and open purchase orders, and managing the transition to the new revision.

Qualifications

• Professional Experience: At least 2 years of experience as a Material Planner, Material Controller, or Purchasing Planner in a manufacturing company. Candidates from subcontracting (EMS) or electronics companies have a significant advantage.

• Education: B.Sc. in Industrial Engineering and Management.

• Information Systems: Proven and extensive experience working with ERP systems (Oracle preferred).

• Excel Proficiency: Very high-level proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).

• Operational Understanding: Understanding of supply chain processes and MRP logic.

• Languages: Good level of Hebrew and English (reading and writing technical materials and emails).

• Personal Skills: Strong analytical skills, exceptional attention to detail, highly organized, ability to work under pressure and multitask, and excellent teamwork.

תחומי אחריות עיקריים:

ניתוח דרישות חומר (MRP): הרצה וניתוח שוטף של דרישות החומר במערכת ה-ERP בהתאם להזמנות לקוח פתוחות ותחזיות (Forecasts).

בקרת זמינות חומר: בדיקת מוכנות חומרים לקראת ייצור, הפקת דוחות זמינות חומר.

ניהול חוסרים: הפקה וניהול של דוחות חוסרים, עבודה צמודה ויומיומית מול הקניינים (מחלקת רכש) לטובת תעדוף וזירוז אספקות חומרים קריטיים (Expediting).

ניהול שינויים הנדסיים (ECO): טיפול בשינויי עצי מוצר (BOM) מצד הלקוח, תוך ניתוח ההשפעה על המלאי הקיים, הזמנות הרכש הפתוחות.

דרישות התפקיד:

בוגר/ת הנדסת תעשייה וניהול

ניסיון מקצועי: ניסיון של שנתיים לפחות כפלנר/ית חומר, בקר/ית חומר או פלנר/ית רכש בחברה יצרנית. יתרון משמעותי מאוד ליוצאי קבלנות משנה.

מערכות מידע: ניסיון מוכח ועמוק בעבודה עם מערכות ERP (עדיפות Oracle).

שליטה ב-Excel: שליטה ברמה גבוהה מאוד באקסל (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables)

הבנה תפעולית: הבנה של תהליכי שרשרת אספקה ולוגיקת ה-MRP.

שפות: עברית ואנגלית ברמה טובה (קריאה וכתיבה של חומר טכני ואימיילים).

כישורים אישיים: יכולת אנליטית חזקה, ירידה לפרטים ברמה הגבוהה ביותר, סדר וארגון, יכולת עבודה תחת לחץ וריבוי משימות, ועבודת צוות מעולה.
