    We're looking for a Credit Analyst to join our innovative and growing Credit team. In this role, you'll leverage data analysis to support business growth, optimize portfolio performance, and contribute to informed credit risk decisions.

    What You'll Do

    • Analyze sales, call center, and credit portfolio performance data.

    • Evaluate business and risk models to identify trends and opportunities.

    • Generate actionable insights to improve profitability and business performance.

    • Translate complex datasets into clear recommendations for senior management.

    • Monitor marketing and risk performance to support sustainable portfolio growth.

    • Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and analytical tools.

    • Present findings and operational recommendations to cross-functional stakeholders.

    • Work extensively with SQL to extract, manipulate, and analyze data.

    What We're Looking For

    • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Industrial Engineering, Economics, Statistics, Business Analytics, or a related field.

    • At least 1 year of experience in an analytical role.

    • Previous experience or strong familiarity with the credit or financial services industry – required.

    • Hands-on experience with SQL – required.

    • Strong analytical thinking and business acumen.

    • Excellent communication skills with the ability to present data-driven insights clearly and effectively.
