• רקע אקדמי חזק – עדיפות לבוגרי אוניברסיטאות מובילות בפסיכולוגיה, מנהל עסקים או תחומים דומים
• מסלול אישי ומקצועי המעיד על הצטיינות, מחויבות ויכולת גבוהה
• יכולת למידה מהירה, עבודה עצמאית וירידה לפרטים
• שליטה טובה באקסל וב־PowerPoint
• עברית ואנגלית ברמה גבוהה
