This is a highly analytical role at the heart of the organization's material planning, production control, and project-level supply chain activitie-operating in a complex, multidisciplinary, fast-paced environment.
The ideal candidate is data-driven, precise, and process-oriented: someone who works with hard numbers, flags issues before they become problems, and quickly identifies where the real bottlenecks are and how to resolve them.
About The Role:
You will be the analytical backbone behind project timelines and production progress. Your data and analysis will directly feed into how project schedules are built and tracked. You'll work closely with production management ,PMOs and procurement, translating floor-level and supply-chain data into clear, actionable insights.
Responsibilities:
• Execute MRP runs and manage material planning for complex Bills of Materials (BOMs)
• Lead procurement activities, including opening purchase requisitions and production work orders (including establishing structured work orders in Priority, replacing current manual processes)
• Monitor and control procurement and production processes in alignment with project plans
• Prepare and present project status and inventory reports
• Support and drive production floor activities, including defining processes at specific work stations.
• Identify gaps and operational issues quickly, and drive fast, practical resolutions
• Prioritize effectively under heavy departmental workload — know what needs attention now and what can wait.
Requirements:
• 2 + years of experience as a Planner or in a similar role-Must
• B.Sc. in Industrial Engineering & Management-Must
• Hands-on experience with Priority ERP, specifically working with production work orders (Pakot) and industrial MRP processes (issuing purchase requisitions and managing work orders)-Must
• Strong analytical capabilities-Must
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications-Must
• Fluent in English written and spoken-Must
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills-Must
• Experience in a manufacturing environment –advantage
• Ability to read and understand technical drawings and models –advantage
