    Aerial Platforms Operations & Technical Specialist Positions

    We are seeking experienced professionals to join a dynamic and mission-driven team responsible for the operation, technical maintenance, and continuous development of advanced aerial platforms.

    Aerial Platform Operator

    Key Responsibilities

    • Operate and manage aerial platforms.

    • Lead projects and capability development initiatives involving aerial platforms and advanced technological systems.

    • Collaborate with multiple stakeholders and maintain effective cross-functional working relationships.

    • Work as part of a multidisciplinary team.

    Requirements

    • Proven military experience operating aerial platforms – required.

    • Previous command or leadership experience – required (officer experience preferred).

    • Ability to work independently and lead teams.

    • Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle – required.

    Employment Details

    • Location: Central Israel

    Aerial Platform Technician

    Key Responsibilities

    • Perform technical maintenance and servicing of aerial platforms.

    • Support projects, research and development (R&D), and procurement processes within the field.

    • Coordinate with multiple stakeholders and work collaboratively as part of a professional team.

    Requirements

    • Graduate of the Israeli Air Force Technical Corps Technicians Course.

    • At least three years of hands-on experience in first- or second-line maintenance of aerial platforms within the Israeli Air Force Technical Corps, the defense industry, the civilian aviation sector, or as an Aircrew Technician in the reserves.

    • Willingness to work irregular hours, including weekends and holidays, as operationally required.

    • Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle.
