The role includes defining and characterizing tools and processes to improve the plant’s communication infrastructure work environment, supporting system engineers and project managers on communication and ICT engineering aspects, and assisting in troubleshooting communication loads and failures within plant infrastructures.
Responsibilities:
• Define and characterize interfaces between communication management tools and supporting plant system environments
• Manage NAC software at System Admin level
• Support projects from planning stages through testing, ongoing activities, infrastructure setup, and customer delivery
• Provide Tier 2 support to the help desk in resolving technical issues
• Connect and disconnect communication points across the plant’s buildings
• Define, enforce, and write work procedures related to version updates, switch hardening, and monitoring tools operation
Requirements:
• Certification in Communication / Engineering / Software
• Proven experience as a Communication / Network Engineer - mandatory
• Experience in software or scripting - advantage
• Experience supporting monitoring tools, communication management tools, NAC, and IMC - advantage
• High-level Hebrew and English
