    Mergers and Acquisitions is a core practice at Firon Law Firm. The team has decades of experience advising on high-value, cross-border transactions, including deals worth billions of dollars and landmark transactions in the Israeli market.

    With a strong international network spanning the US, Europe, and Asia, and deep expertise in complex multi-jurisdictional matters, the firm supports both global companies operating in Israel and Israeli companies expanding abroad. Firon provides comprehensive, end-to-end legal support across all aspects of M&A, leveraging leading capabilities in complementary areas such as antitrust, IP, labor, tax, and regulatory.

    Requirements:

    • 2-3 years of experience as a lawyer, with a background in international commercial law, M&A, or international arbitration – mandatory

    • Fluent English (written and spoken) – mandatory

    • Internship at a top-tier law firm – mandatory
