We are looking for an experienced and proactive HR Generalist to join a growing nationwide organization with approximately 300 employees. This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of the full employee lifecycle and play a key role in shaping the company's culture while partnering closely with senior leadership.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead end-to-end recruitment processes for a wide variety of roles across the organization.
• Source candidates through multiple recruitment channels, screen resumes, conduct in-depth interviews, and support hiring managers throughout the recruitment process.
• Develop and execute the annual employee engagement and wellbeing strategy, focusing on employee retention and organizational culture.
• Partner with managers to provide HR guidance, leadership support, conflict resolution, and employee relations solutions.
• Manage onboarding processes to ensure a smooth and engaging employee experience.
• Oversee attendance, employee rights, and labor law compliance while working closely with the payroll team.
• Identify learning and development needs, support performance review processes, and promote a positive, high-performing workplace culture.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Behavioral Sciences, Sociology, or a related field – required (Master's degree is an advantage).
• 3–5 years of experience as an HR Generalist or in a Human Resources management role – required.
• Experience working in multi-site organizations (such as retail chains, healthcare organizations, medical/aesthetic networks, or service companies) – a significant advantage.
• Strong recruitment experience, including sourcing and conducting behavioral interviews.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships while confidently partnering with managers and employees.
