As a Senior Staff Product Manager for QuickBooks Money, you will own the strategy and execution for a core pillar of QuickBooks’ Money Movement ecosystem: one of Intuit’s highest-impact growth and engagement areas.
In this high-visibility leadership role, you will work across teams and product surfaces to define long-term vision, identify new opportunities, and deliver step-change improvements in how small businesses manage and move their money.
Responsibilities
• Identify and quantify market opportunities through deep customer insight, data analysis, and competitive intelligence
• Define and drive a cohesive product strategy across multiple teams and time horizons (near-, mid-, and long-term)
• Lead complex, cross-functional initiatives spanning systems, teams, and business units
• Influence company-wide priorities and align product, business, and technical strategies
• Build scalable frameworks for product discovery, delivery, and measurement
• Drive operational excellence across the product lifecycle—from ideation through launch and continuous iteration
Qualifications
• 8-12+ years of product management experience, with a proven track record of owning and scaling complex products or platforms
• Experience building platform products or working within Fintech / Payments ecosystems strongly preferred
• Demonstrated success defining and executing multi-year product strategies with clear business impact
• Proven ability to lead large, ambiguous, cross-functional initiatives across multiple teams
• Strong systems thinker, able to operate seamlessly between strategy and execution
• Track record of influencing senior leaders and aligning diverse stakeholders
• Deep expertise in data-driven decision-making, experimentation, and product analytics
• Strong leadership presence, with experience mentoring and developing product managers
• Experience leveraging AI/ML to build intelligent product experiences, drive automation, or unlock new customer value preferred
• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience); MBA preferred
