Original listing · kept for referenceWe’re Hiring: Marketing Operations Specialist (Maternity Leave Cover) 🚀
Are you a hands-on, self-motivated marketing operator who loves running B2B lead-generation engines? Jungo Connectivity is looking for a Marketing Operations Specialist to join our team for a temporary period of 9 to 12 months (Maternity Leave Cover).
While this is a temporary role to keep our marketing machinery running smoothly, for the right candidate, there may be potential long-term growth opportunities within the commercial team (such as SDR/CSM roles) down the road, depending on performance and business needs.
About the Role
In this role, you will be the solo owner of our marketing operations, supporting both of Jungo’s main product lines—including our core developer toolkit, WinDriver, and our AI fleet telematics solution, VuDrive. You'll work closely with sales and product leaders to execute end-to-end demand generation, campaigns, and events.
What You’ll Be Doing (Core Responsibilities):
• CRM & Marketing Automation: Manage marketing ops hygiene, lead workflows, list segmentation, and reporting.
• Email Marketing & Nurturing: Create and execute automated email campaigns and nurture flows (HubSpot/Mailchimp).
• Webinar Execution: End-to-end management of Zoom webinars, registration flows, CRM sync, and post-event lead distribution.
• Events & Trade Shows: Coordinate logistics, messaging, and timelines for global events.
• Digital & Social Media: Manage organic posting calendars, run paid campaigns across relevant channels, and maintain web/SEO updates.
Requirements (Must-Haves):
• Hands-on Marketing Ops / Digital Experience: Proven track record running CRM workflows, email automation, webinars, and paid/social campaigns.
• Independent & Self-Driven: Ability to take full ownership, initiate projects, and execute without hand-holding.
• Language Skills: Native-level or fully fluent English AND Hebrew (both written and spoken) — a must.
• Tool Fluency: Practical experience with CRMs, email marketing tools (HubSpot/Mailchimp), webinar platforms, and social/paid platforms.
• Availability: Able to start relatively soon for a smooth handover period.
📍 Location: Netanya (Hybrid)
⌛ Duration: 9–12 Months (Temporary contract)
