Relationship Manager position in HSBC Israel's Global Network Banking, part of Corporate and Institutional Banking (CIB), you will be reporting to Country Head of Global Network Banking. You will work with some of the world's most influential multinational corporations across technology, energy, infrastructure, and industry. This is an exceptional opportunity to join a team that connects clients from HSBC's global network of 56 countries to Israel, delivering cross-border, financial solutions and contributing to the future of international banking.

In This Role You Will
• Drive revenue growth by understanding client needs and providing needs-based financial solutions.
• Build and expand strategic relationships with multinational clients, leveraging HSBC's worldwide network and capabilities to open new opportunities and broaden client relationships.
• Deliver cross-border financial expertise, spanning credit, trade, treasury, financing, and markets.
• Develop deep client insights of business through credit analysis, industry knowledge, and strategic advisory.
• Collaborate across HSBC's global network, connecting clients with sector and product specialists worldwide.
• Ensure adherence to HSBC's standards by managing financial crime risk, operational risk, and regulatory compliance throughout the client lifecycle.
You Should Apply If You Have
• Located in Israel, fluent in Hebrew and English.
• Previous experience in Finance / Banking industry, with strong credit / financial analysis and client coverage skills.
• Strong previous experience in relationship building and sales, able to manage senior stakeholders and global clients.
• Strong business and commercial acumen, with awareness of global markets, regulatory frameworks, and economic drivers.
• Proactive and collaborative team player, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent time management, planning, prioritisation and organisation skills
• Relevant academic degree - advantage
