אנחנו מחפשים מפתח/ת Backend מנוסה שייקח/תיקח חלק בפיתוח, עיצוב והקמה של פלטפורמת AI Agents ארגונית, עם דגש על טכנולוגיות חדשניות בעולמות ה־Generative AI.
התפקיד כולל עבודה על מערכות RAG, Agentic Workflows ופתרונות מבוססי LLM, תוך הובלת פיתוח תשתיות מתקדמות שמטרתן להנגיש יכולות AI רוחביות לכלל הארגון.
דרישות
· לפחות 4 שנות ניסיון בפיתוח Backend
· ניסיון משמעותי בפיתוח עם Python / Node.js / Java
· ניסיון מעשי בבניית AI Agents בסביבת Production
· ניסיון בתכנון ופיתוח Agentic Workflows מורכבים
· שליטה ב־Frameworks לאורקסטרציה של AI כגון LangGraph או פתרונות דומים
· ניסיון בפיתוח והטמעה של מערכות RAG וארכיטקטורות מבוססות LLM
· היכרות עם עולמות LLMOps, Prompt Management, Evaluation ואופטימיזציית מודלים
· ניסיון בעבודה עם Vector Stores כגון Pinecone, Qdrant או Milvus
· הבנה מעמיקה בארכיטקטורה ותשתיות אפליקטיביות בסביבות מורכבות
· יכולת הובלת משימות מקצה לקצה ועבודה בסביבה דינמית וטכנולוגית
