התפקיד כולל:
• הובלת rollout והטמעה של מתודולוגיות, frameworks ותהליכי עבודה בעולם המוצר.
• ליווי מנהלי מוצר והובלת adoption של דרכי עבודה, כלים ויכולות חדשות
• תמיכה בהטמעת כלי AI ופתרונות תומכים בעבודת המוצר
• שיפור איכות תוצרים, תהליכי עבודה ותהליכי קבלת החלטות
• חיבור בין אסטרטגיית Product Excellence לבין העבודה היומיומית של צוותי המוצר
• זיהוי חסמים ארגוניים ותפעוליים והובלת פתרונות לשיפור אפקטיביות ואימוץ
• עבודה שוטפת מול מנהלי מוצר, ראשי צוותים וגורמים בכירים בארגון
• הובלת workshops, מפגשי enablement ותהליכי שינוי חוצי ארגון
• איסוף feedback מהשטח והובלת continuous improvement של תהליכים ומתודולוגיות
דרישות:
• ניסיון משמעותי בעולם ניהול המוצר / Product Operations / Product Excellence, לפחות 5 שנים - חובה
• ניסיון בניהול מנהלי מוצר/ בExcellence של מנהלי מוצר / שיפור תהליכים עבור מנהלי מוצר- חובה!
• הבנה עמוקה של מתודולוגיות מוצר ותהליכי Product Discovery & Delivery
• יכולת הובלת תהליכים חוצי ארגון ללא סמכות ישירה
• יכולות תקשורת, facilitation ורתימת stakeholders ברמה גבוהה
• חשיבה מערכתית לצד יכולת execution גבוהה וירידה לפרטים
• גישה פרואקטיבית, עצמאות ויכולת עבודה בסביבה דינמית ומשתנה
• יתרון משמעותי לניסיון בהובלת תהליכי שינוי ארגוניים ו/או enablement
