תחומי אחריות:
תחזוקה, תפעול ושדרוג של כלל תשתיות המחשוב בארגון.
ניהול סביבות שרתים, מערכות הפעלה, וירטואליזציה, שירותי ענן ומוצרי תשתית.
הובלה והטמעה של פתרונות טכנולוגיים בהתאם לצורכי הארגון והיעדים העסקיים.
אבחון, טיפול ופתרון תקלות מורכבות במערכות ובתשתיות.
מתן תמיכה מקצועית למשתמשים ולממשקים פנים־ארגוניים בעת הצורך.
עבודה שוטפת מול ספקים, קבלני משנה וגורמים טכנולוגיים חיצוניים.
