We are looking for a talented and self-motivated Satellite Imagery Annotation Specialist to join our Annotation team.
Responsibilities
• Analyze images and aerial imagery using Google’s GIS and mapping systems
• Work with various imagery sensors such as RGB and visual geographical data
• Work closely with internal teams to understand their requirements for annotated data
• Suggest methods for improving work efficiency
Requirements
• Strong ability to analyze and interpret aerial imagery and visual data
• Proven capability to distinguish and classify objects in images at the pixel level
• Marking polygonal boundaries and performing pixel-level object annotation
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to perform repetitive work for long periods while preserving high quality output
• Good interpersonal skills, and a team player
• Ability to learn and absorb quickly
• Ability to work independently within a growing team - Advantage
• Hands-on experience with GIS softwares- Advantage
• Experience with GIS and mapping systems- Advantage
• Background as a graduate of IDF Unit 9900 (or equivalent geospatial / imagery analysis experience) - Advantage
• Academic background or current studies in Geography, GIS, Computer Science, Data, Engineering, or related fields
