• ניהול החוזה בהיבטים חוזיים, משפטיים, תפעוליים ואדמיניסטרטיביים.
• הכרת החוזה הרלוונטי ותנאיו בצורה מקיפה ומתן מענה לסוגיות משפטיות העולות מעת לעת במהלך חיי החוזה.
• ניהול חוזה מול לקוחות בארץ ובחול ומתן מענה לפניות הלקוח וצוות הפרויקט.
• עבודה מול ממשקים בחברה לרבות צוות הפרויקט, ארגון הכספים, מינהל ביטוח והלשכה המשפטית.
• הכנת הצעות מחיר עבור לקוחות בארץ ובחו"ל והשתתפות בתהליכים חוזיים שונים (הכנת חוזים ומסמכים משפטיים שונים).
• כתיבה ותיעוד כל התכתבות בין הפרויקט ובין הלקוח.
• מענה על מכרזים, RFI, REP, בעברית ובאנגלית.
• ייצוג הפרויקט ב-POC ובגורם מקשר מול הלקוח בכל הנוגע לקיומן ההדדי של המחויבויות החוזיות.
• ביצוע מעקב מדויק ובמועד של כל תנאי החוזה, מתן התרעות על הפרה או סטייה מתנאי החוזה תוך שמירה על זכויות החברה בהתאם לסעיפי החוזה וקבלת התמורה המגיעה לה מהלקוח.
