הטמעת תהליכים במערכת לרבות תמיכה והדרכה במשתמשים
בחינת התאמת תהליכים קיימים ואופן מימושם במערכת
זיהוי צרכים ודרישות של משתמשי המערכת בדיסציפלינות השונות והובלת השינויים הנדרשים
עבודה מול גופי ה-IT במטה החברה, הובלת תהליכי אפיון לפיתוחים חדשים ומעקב אחר ביצועם
עבודה מול גורמים טכניים ונציגי משתמשים ביחידות השונות בחטיבה
דרישות:
תואר ראשון במערכות מידע / ניהול / תחום רלוונטי אחר - יתרון
ניסיון בתהליכים עסקיים בתחומי התפעול – ייצור, תכנון חומר, רכש ומחסנים
היכרות עם מערכות ERP
ידע במערכת BI - יתרון
היכרות עם מערכת PLM - יתרון
ראייה מערכתית, תודעת שירות גבוהה, פרואקטיביות, סדר וארגון ויכולת למידה עצמית
