🚀 Senior AI Data Quality Analyst (12-Month Contract) | Hybrid | Tel Aviv

Are you passionate about Artificial Intelligence, Large Language Models (LLMs), and data quality? Do you enjoy analyzing complex information, identifying patterns, and helping improve the performance of AI-powered products?

We are looking for a Senior AI Data Quality Analyst to join an innovative AI team and play a key role in enhancing the quality, accuracy, and reliability of next-generation AI solutions.

In this role, you will work closely with AI Engineers and Product Managers to evaluate AI-generated content, perform data annotation and labeling, identify quality issues, and provide insights that help improve AI models and user experiences.

What You'll Do

🤖 AI Model Evaluation & Quality Analysis

• Evaluate LLM-generated conversations, text outputs, and AI responses according to defined quality standards and success metrics.

• Analyze model behavior, identify patterns, and detect quality gaps or inconsistencies.

• Provide actionable feedback to improve AI model performance.

🏷️ Data Annotation & Labeling

• Perform high-quality data labeling and annotation for AI model training, evaluation, and improvement.

• Review and categorize textual and conversational data with high attention to detail.

• Ensure consistency and accuracy across large-scale datasets.

📊 Data Insights & Continuous Improvement

• Analyze production data to identify trends, regressions, and improvement opportunities.

• Track recurring quality issues and collaborate with AI teams to drive solutions.

• Support the development of evaluation processes and quality frameworks.

🤝 Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Partner with AI Engineers, Data Scientists, and Product Managers to improve AI-powered products.

• Communicate findings, insights, and recommendations to technical and business stakeholders.

What We're Looking For

✅ Experience with data labeling, annotation, AI evaluation, or quality analysis of textual/conversational data

✅ Strong analytical and qualitative research skills with exceptional attention to detail

✅ Ability to investigate complex AI behaviors and identify quality patterns

✅ Experience working with web-based platforms, dashboards, and evolving technical tools

✅ Fluent English (written and spoken)

✅ Ability to work 3 days per week from the Tel Aviv office

Education Background (Advantage)

• Linguistics

• Human-Computer Interaction (HCI)

• Computational Linguistics

• Data / AI-related fields

Nice to Have

⭐ Experience evaluating LLM or Generative AI models

⭐ Familiarity with AI tools such as Claude, Cursor, ChatGPT, or similar platforms
