Full Stack Tech Lead

abra is looking for a Senior Full Stack Developer to join a leading technology team and work on complex enterprise digital platforms in Web, Cloud, and AI environments. Key Responsibilities: • Leading all technological aspects of the project, from planning to launch. • Responsibility for planning the technological solution, making technological decisions, and leading the development team. • Managing development processes, integration, and ensuring solution quality throughout the project lifecycle. • Defining the technological vision, establishing the development infrastructure, and defining work methodologies. • Ongoing collaboration with the project manager, infrastructure teams, cloud, information security, and other relevant stakeholders in the organization.

Requirements: • At least 7+ years of experience in a Technology Lead role. • 7+ years of experience in developing digital platforms, including 3+ years in a Tech Lead role. • Experience in planning and implementing solutions in a cloud environment (AWS/Azure/GCP) and setting up CI/CD processes. • Significant Hands-On experience in Full Stack development with React/Angular and .NET Core./C#. • Proven experience working with Generative AI-based solutions and tools such as GitHub Copilot. • Ability to provide professional and technological leadership to development teams in complex projects. • High personal responsibility, commitment to quality, and ability to meet targets. • Excellent interpersonal skills, strong communication ability, and broad systemic view. • Experience working with: React, Angular, .NET Core, C#, AWS, Azure, GCP, CI/CD, Microservices, REST APIs, Generative AI, LLMs, RAG, GitHub Copilot. Advantages: • Experience in leading large-scale digital projects in large organizations. • Experience in planning and leading integration between Legacy systems and organizational systems. • Experience in writing architecture documents, Design, and Technical Specifications. • Hands-On experience in cloud development for the 'Nimbus' project
