We are looking for a Senior Commercial Counsel to join our legal team and support a wide range of legal matters across the company’s global operations.
This role (reporting to the VP General Counsel) will work closely with the business, marketing, finance, product and HR teams, providing practical legal guidance and supporting strategic business initiatives and company growth.
Responsibilities:
• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements including SaaS, vendor, services, partnership, IOs, productions, influencers and NDAs.
• Manage the company’s IP portfolio, including trademarks and enforcement across digital platforms.
• Provide legal guidance on marketing activities, promotions, and consumer protection compliance.
• Support the legal aspects of AI initiatives, product development, and technology partnerships.
• Advise on corporate governance across multiple jurisdictions.
• Provide legal support for payment service providers (PSPs).
• Advise on employment-related legal matters and internal policies.
• Drive the company’s growth engine as a strategic legal-business partner, aligning legal frameworks with core commercial objectives.
Requirements:
• 5+ years of legal experience, preferably in a high-tech or gaming company.
• LL.B. and a valid attorney license.
• Wide experience with commercial agreements and intellectual property matters - a must!
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent English (written and spoken).
• Ability to independently manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience advising technology companies - required; gaming industry experience - an advantage.
